To ensure a smooth arrival at the Woof Wag Festival, please take a moment to review these important parking arrangements.

IMPORTANT it is your responsibility to ensure we have the correct car registration number for your booking. We will be handing the final list over to Wicksteed Park on Thursday 14th May.

If your registration has changed since you booked, or if you are unsure which vehicle is listed, please send a quick WhatsApp message to 07354189341 and we will confirm it for you.

Included Parking Fees

The Wicksteed parking fee is covered for the specific vehicle(s) registered on your booking agreement. To find your designated parking area and access point, please consult the 'allocated plot numbers' sheet HERE.

• Zone Partners - vehicles must be parked in the Demo Dog Area within your designated field (applies to Access Point 1 and 2).

• Gazebo Bookings - you have space for one vehicle behind your stall as agreed.

• Upper Level Gazebos (Access Point 2) - please note that vehicles must be moved to the car park once unloaded.

Additional Vehicles and Early Departures

Unfortunately, we are unable to cover parking fees for additional vehicles or for team members who arrive after 8am or need to leave before 4pm.

In these instances, vehicles must be parked in the main Wicksteed car park and the standard parking fees (as displayed on Wicksteed’s signage) must be paid upon your departure.

Additional Vehicles

If you have any additional vehicles that aren't part of our agreement, or they arrive after 8am, you are liable to pay for the Wicksteed parking fee. For ease, you are able to pay online.
