To ensure a smooth arrival at the Woof Wag Festival, please take a moment to review these important parking arrangements.

IMPORTANT note that Participants must provide accurate and up-to-date vehicle registration details directly to Wicksteed Park on the day of the event. You will be sent an email closer to the time with additional information on how to register your vehicle(s).

Included Parking Fees

The Wicksteed parking fee is covered for the specific number of vehicle(s) registered on your booking agreement. 

• Zone Partners - vehicles must be parked in the Demo Dog Parking Area within your designated field.
• Gazebo Bookings - you have space for one or two vehicles behind your stall (as agreed on your booking form).
• Food Stall Holders - if you are brining another car (in addition to your food truck), it must be parked in the main car park.
  
  

Additional Vehicles and Early Departures

Unfortunately, we are unable to cover parking fees for additional vehicles or for team members who arrive after 8am or need to leave before 4pm.

In these instances, vehicles must be parked in the main Wicksteed car park and the standard parking fees (as listed further down the page) must be paid upon your departure.

Additional Vehicles

If you have any additional vehicles that aren't part of our agreement, or they arrive after 8am, you are liable to pay for the Wicksteed parking fee. For ease, you are able to pay online.
