Disability parking and facilities

The park is committed to being an inclusive destination. However, due to its rural parkland setting, guests should be aware that the natural terrain may present some navigational challenges in certain areas.

Disability Parking

A limited number of parking spaces are available for Blue Badge holders in the Oaktree and Parkview car parks. See above picture for example of Park View carpark. These spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

To use these bays, the Blue Badge holder must be present in the vehicle and the badge must be clearly displayed.

Please note that standard parking charges apply to all vehicles on site.

General Accessibility

Terrain:
While efforts have been made to make pathways and grounds accessible, some areas include uneven surfaces or rough terrain, which may be difficult for some wheelchair users to navigate.

Toilets:
Accessible toilets are located at several points around the park, including:

  • The Heritage Zone (opposite reception)

  • The Thrill Zone

  • The Splash Zone

  • The main reception

  • Inside Wicky’s Play Factory (for paying guests)

Assistance Dogs:
Assistance dogs are welcome throughout the park but must be kept under control and on a lead at all times.
